Mrs. Winchester's safe, which is inside a vault in the main ballroom. The vault and safe were heavy enough to require their own foundation.
Inside were mementoes of her husband and daughter.

Well, not for sure. The stories all agree that they were items belonging to her husband and daughter, but they've been variously recorded as: a pair of socks, locks of hair in wax-sealed envelopes, and some fishing line.
Is the legendary golden tea-set still undiscovered?
The golden tea set remains legendary.
That's some trippy decoration on that thar safe. I'm not sure Mr. Mosler would approve!
