Can we have a source for this debunking of the Roosevelt legend?

The Roosevelt story was debunked by Ralph Rambo, a local historian, in his pamphlet Lady of Mystery. According to the pamphlet, Mr. Rambo witnessed the presidential procession as it passed the Winchester House.
