Head Room
Heads from the old wax museum. Guides are not supposed to point this roomout to guests, but it is visible through a window at certain times of day.
I always showed it to kids, who tend to get restless by this point in the tour.

It's maybe a little haunted, but not much.

Lilitou, there's not really a reason this room isn't shown to guests, it's just not very visible. It also doesn't have much to do with Mrs. Winchester, so it isn't part of the tour. The heads are visible through a window in the second-to-last room on the tour (a kitchen).
Mel, I never experienced anything unusual in the mansion, but I like ghost stories. I like to let the guests decide for themselves if the house is haunted.
